DIY: Tie Dye Jeans

So its the first day back to school and you reach into your closet for that $85 Betsey Johnson tank top you spent your summer begging your parents for... once you pull it out of your dark closet you realize theres a bleach stain on it that can be seen 25 miles away...
well for the first time you can make a statement with tie-dye and it doesn't have to be an accident. Celebs like Victoria Beckham, Beyonce, and my personal favorite Rihanna have been spotted rocking the new trend. Here's your step by step guide to get you started..
(information provided by www.examiner.com)
materials: Old Jeans, Bleach, Gloves, Spray Bottle, a Tub, and Water.
Step 1:Completely saturate your jeans in water. Preferably warm or hot water.
Step 2:

Place your wet jeans in a tub, this is the easiest place to work with them.
In a spray bottle place the bleach. DO THIS IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA!
Spray the jeans with a splattered look.
Do this to both sides and all around the jeans [you don't want it to look fake]
Step 3:

Let the jeans sit for 5-10 minutes depending on how to dark the jeans are and how light you want them.
When completely finished, rinse in cold or hot water until the water runs clear.
Then wash and dry regularly.
Once you get the hang of it your entire closet will end up dyed ;)
